We present here a collection of before and after photos of gynecomastia surgery results to illustrate typical outcomes. They are categorized into three sets of case types: mild, moderate, and severe. The mild case examples are for men who had puffy nipples or an initial development mound of fat and breast tissue on their chests. The moderate case examples show more breast-like characteristics with a significant angular break between the abdomen and the tissue of the breast. The severe case examples are those that not only have important amounts of breast tissue, but also have a degree of drooping combined with stretched areolas and skin. All the cases demonstrate that the chest can be flattened by surgery.
