Your information will only be accessible to specific members of our staff in accordance with their need to provide you with the advice and medical care per best practices described by the GMC and the CQC.  We will never share your personal data third parties.  

If you provide us with your email or telephone number, you are authorising us to use it to communicate with you concerning the planning and coordination of visits to our clinic, information about procedures you have asked us about, and follow up care.

We will not send you any marketing communications unless you have provided us with clear written permission.  

Personal Data

We collect data about your medical history, current medical condition, and other personal information needed to properly consult you about treatments you may opt to have in our clinic.  This will include but may not be limited to date of birth, gender, medications used, and chronic conditions.  We might collect additional information through medical tests to ensure that procedures can be safely performed.  We also collect contact information that will include, but may not be limited to place of residence, email, and telephone numbers.  Finally, we collect and retain all information concerning the treatments we provide you.  This will include written, photographic, and video recordings.  It will also include information you provide us by telephone, email, face-to-face communications, and other means of communication.  This information can be shared with you on request (subject to an administrative fee), but per regulations in the UK, cannot be deleted or destroyed for a period of six years after last entry.

Website Data
